Neverland Quilting understands that customer satisfaction is a top priority.  We know that word of mouth can make or break a business and let's face it you, as our customer, are just pretty darn amazing.  We understand the work that goes into a quilt and the importance of memories.  We will treat your quilts as if they are our own.

We always keep communication open to ensure that the quilting and commission quilts meet the expectations of our customers whether you are local or far away.  If we are finishing a quilt we ensure that the pattern you choose or that is chosen for you meets your idea of the finish product.  We like to take our commission quilt customers "with us" through video chat and photos to the quilt shops that we get fabric from.

After years of owning a physical store through the years we know how to work with customers and work to remain completely transparent in our decisions and policies.

Quality Supplies

Through the years Wendy and Tink have developed a philosophy regarding the importance of high quality fabric, batting and thread.  Natural fibers, such as cotton,  do not mix well with synthetic fibers for the long  term.  That is why we use only 100% cotton fabric and batting as well as Egyptian spun 100% cotton thread when possible.  We understand that some textile art requires synthetic fibers and we are happy to accommodate those situations.  Our batting is a low loft cotton or cotton/bamboo mix.  We are happy to work with a poly blend or 100% poly medium to high loft batting.

We are not able to provide a 100% money back guarantee due to the nature of our business.  We work to ensure that satisfaction on the part of our customer is achieved from the beginning.

Shipping

We provide free shipping with tracking on all orders over $75 .  Orders under $75 will be shipped priority mail and shipping will be included with order total.
